COMMUTE AND SHORT RUN.

Easy day 10 mile commute in 32.10 mins pace pretty swift in 18 mph,this was followed by a run of 4 miles also pretty swift in 28.21 mins nice pace off the bike of 7.05 min/mile.I have just about got all my sponsor money in off the Sunderland marathon and am hoping to take it down to Cancer Connections on monday let you no how it goes on the day.
