SHORT COLD BIKE RIDE.

Cold one the day so ride was bit short 34.87 miles time riding was 2hrs 15 mins pace wise was ok for frost ice etc 15.4 mph average.With ride being less than planned will do run later on today to make up for it so still good days training done.
