This is my ex para motto it stands for
READY FOR ANYTHING.
Lets hope we are on sunday i am now chilling out after a few jobs i had to do at home, train tomorrow is at 07.54 looking foreward to weekend big style now and getting to expo, just looking at my training stats for this year since first week jan i have ran 418 miles which over the 15 weeks works out as 27.8 miles per week pretty low miles compared to other marathons i have ran,but as i have been training tri wise this year its most i could fit in with swimming and cycling.I will be very interested if i can get a sub 3:30 on sutch low miles time will tell, hope you all have a great day and whatever you do you have done yourselves proud good luck too all of you.
