More sun

More sun on this mornings run. It feels so lovely to see the round yellow thing in the sky..
Did another 2 mile treddie run through the week and 3 miles yesterday and about 3.5 miles at least this morning. I definitely found my 'zone' this morning which was very comforting! I know it is there now and so will be hoping to see and feel it more often!
Thoughts have even wandered to running the next GNR... what is going on??
