New training plan printed out and up on the kitchen wall.
New diet plan in my brain.
Event ready to be entered around September time (once my friends and I have decided which one to do!).
Fingers crossed for a surge of motivation to get me off the sofa, out of the fridge and out running properly again. Watch this space!
