After having a couple of false alerts since Saturday in that I began to feel cold/flu like symptoms coming on, went out for yet another sunny and windless morning run. Did a kind of fartlek and everything still good, no aches and pains as such. Heading into the Expo tomorrow for a "me day".

Hopefully, my brother will get his flight from Rio and make it back on time so we can stick to the plan. Wouldn't like to be an International/non-Kenyan taking part on Sunday as months of training might go down the drain!

Maybe have a last run tomorrow then it's pasta for fasta!
