AM: 25 mins/ 3 mile easy run from work on forest trails. Leg was fine to run on but just a little tender afterwards. Recovering well.
PM: 45 mins x-trainer (Littledown) holding 150-155bpm HR throughout. Then 15 mins stretching.
Rest day tomorrow as off to see George Michael gig at Wembley Arena!!
