GETM 'Hi - have read your blog with interest and can relate to much! I am following the Gi diet - having done every single diet in the world and made my own up! LOL Having been training now since last October, finally the scales seem to be shifting in my favour. A long slog but doing by eating healthily and increasing the exercise.
