lost my mojo

well its been such a long time since i posted anything here that ive nearly forgotton how to.
Ive was unwell and unable to run for a few months and because of this ended up defering my two day ultra on the isle of wight til next year, I was so disappointed that i couldnt do it this year but know I had to be sensible about it :0(
The thing is now Im finding even thinking about a run difficult, Ive done a couple of three milers and enjoyed it but my mojo has disappeared. Im not liking that my fitness level has dropped so much and I cant yet do what I was doing but this has left me doing next to nothing, even my bike sits mostly unused except for one the other day.
I think Im not yet 100 % and to top it all Im having minor surgery on my jaw this comming thursday so I guess I should be taking it easy on myself but Im not that good at doing that !
Im hoping for a place for next london 2012 marathon and have isle of wight as well so Im thinking that I should realy start to take my training seriously again, and really want to but finding it real hard.
I guess Im blogging again because Id really like any tips to go forward from here, yep I know just do it lol
