    May2320128:14 a.m.

I had a busy day in the end yesterday - and it turned into the 1st gorgeous day of summer didn't it, sot hat made it all the nicer....

Lunchtime I went to the gym and done 30mins on the treadmill at 11kph / 1% incline, so 5.5km covered. After leaving work at 3.30pm, had a nice walk back to London Bridge in the nice warm weather, train home and then walk back from home from there (this meant just over 4 miles walking in the day as well)

I then got the bike ready for the 1st time this year (whoop whoop!) and first time since July last year -and cycled the 3.5 miles (ok not far) to the BMF class. Done the class for an hour (was still really warm at 6pm so was sweating buckets - but shouldn't complain aftre many wet sessions this year) and then afterwards cycled back home (another 3.5 miles!) - so its a start!!!!

So a good day in all for exercise and definitely felt I made the most of the days nice weather.

Today aching a little again, and have a little bit of back and neck ache - think it may be the bike as need to get used to different muscles again after a year and generally tired as still having to get up at 4.30am for work....

Also tonight out for a client visit at the four seasons hotel at Canary wharf - so hoping it isn't a drnk fuelled late night as I am far too old and tired to engage in those sorts of activities now ;-)
