Tuesday and aching

May2220127:41 a.m.

Well all I can say is that I obviously worked too hard at the BMF classes on the weekend, as I ached more than I thought yesterday

I went to run at the gym at lunchtime and both my groins were very tended as well as being a bit heavy legged - so done a slightly slower run on the treadmill and ran at 11kph for half an hoiur (on 1% incline) so 5.5km covered. Walking back to the train station after work as well (25 mins walk) was hard going. I am still aching a fair bit this morning too so hopefully will ease up later

Plans today is another run at lunch and then BMF class tonight. I won't have the car to drive to reigate so am going to try and dust off the bike (haven't been on it for 10months) and get my gear together and cycle there. Its not far only 3.5 miles each way -but need to get back onto it at some stage -if I wasn't aching as much I would have been tempted to run out there again like I did few weeks ago (but think it may be too much in one day for the way I feel)

Hopefully will be a bit warmer today -although it does look like a gloomy start!
