TICKING ALONG NICELY, I THINK!!!!!!!!!

Evening All,

Sorry its been couple of weeks since posting been busy with work,different shifts throwing out all my times of day,just seem to be on go every week day. what have i been up to since last post well!

After long run on jan 30, started new week with a strength session with kettlebell and stretching for 45 minutes then tuesday was club training night done 9 miles in total including 6 x 2 mins hill intervals(roughly .3 of a mile) then wednesday a 3 mile easy run in work which allowed me to watch my daughters swimming lesson without worrying of running home and being out late, then thursday was club nite again with 8 miles in total including 5 miles tempo(34.39), friday was a rest day done a bit of stretching in afternoon before picking daughter up from school then the weekend was upon us saturday done a 5 mile early morning run(7.21avg) and sunday another long run of 16 miles(7.43 avg).  thats another week goneSmile

So on to another week, monday was my 3 mile run in work followed by lots of stretching felt a bit stiff and tight after yesterday  so took it very easy on run and done a good 30 minutes stretching tuesday then wasclub nite with 10 miles in total with intervals of 5 x 1k's, wednesday was another recovery run of 3 miles in work followed by a very tough 8 mile very hilly run on thursday went with my mate and we managed to hold pace to 8 min/miling for thge 8 miles so both happy considering the hills we done, friday was rest day as we had our sis and bro in law coming down for  the weekend  which we where all looking forward to, so not to miss my long run i went out 7.30am  saturday to do my 16 miler and as we had guests i thought id push it a bit as to get back and have breakfat with them so went along swansea prom/front nice and flat to keep an even pace and dne the16 miles in 7.28 avg so well pleased. and then had nice day with them watching rugby and a couple of pints and a lovely meal, had a rest day sunday as they were going back late afternoon so took them for dinner.

Now into this week monday started with a evening run of 4 miles nice and easy, then tuesday was club nite done 8 miles in total with 5 x 1k's intervals, wednesday after swimming lesson run home my 5 mile loop and watch the footie before going to pick daughter up from her valenties disco!!! Thursday was a 10 mile early run as we went to see john bishop in cardiffs CIA which was brill andif anyone hasnt seen him he def worth a visit and we now up to today which is a rest day and think i need it as was felling tired late afternoonInnocent
