Could it get any worse?

Last Saturday I ran a strong 14 miles which I was really happy with, it was definitely my best session of marathon training so far. The pace was spot on and I easily felt I could have carried on running when I stopped my watch. The next day I did a recovery 5 miles.. still all good. Then on Monday I got food poisoning and have been so ill ever since. I feel really weak just walking anywhere at the moment, not good only 15 days out from having to to the longest run of my life (by 11 miles!). I was really hoping to be able to get out an 18 mile run tomorrow and start my taper after that, but it looks like i've been forced to start a week earlier than planned.
Just hoping for a miracle on the day to help me get round!
