Last week very little running was done, due to a cold and also very busy at work. There was no running at the weekend as I went away on a climbing trip. It was a very enjoyable weekend and also very energetic. This week will also so be quite gentle as I have a race on Sunday. It is normally a quick course so I am hoping for a PB. I will do a 4K today and not much else this week
