Quiet week

Circuits again this morning just me again.  I'll be spoilt at this rate.  Then this evening 30 mins spin followed by an hour of bodyattack.  Can anybody let me know if they actually like attack I think its a punishment from a cruel and vengeful god!  The music sucks and its not healthy to do that many jumping jacks.  The lengths I go to to burn 700 calories in an hour.  Went to bodypump last night as well.  No running again this week - it was hailstoning here today! Finish this week off with an hour of spin tomorrow.  Think it will be time to up the ante next week - I want to shift 5 lbs before I go away - so double classes for me for the next 6 weeks.

I love attack but haven't been able to go for ages and prob won't get to go ever again as I'm leaving my gym; the classes were always too early for me to get to after work.
