A very embarrassing giggling session at the physios! WHOOPS!

Well physio on the MR ITB band is going very well and last night I ran like Owas running on air! Such a lovely feeling. It could be due to the very embarrassing giggling session had with my physio. As he was streching me out in a very painful, twisty, self knotting postion Icouldnt help but giggle! It was so painfull any normal person would say OUCH but no I had to be a giggler! and the worst part was the next client had turned up early so heard my giggling fit and then asked as I come out of the room if Jim could do what he was doing to me on him as he wants to giggle like that! Yep i was a red as a tomato and couldt put my motorbike gear on fast enough to get out of there! I have a sport massage booked in for next week and who knows what I'm going to be like then!!!!!
Cant believe how close it is now! Not sure if i want to cry or be happy! Im nervous but excited at the same time!
Hopefully this ash problem will have cleared by then so no-one misses thier flight to take part! Good luck peeps!!!!
