T day 8
i knew it would happen sooner or later, my first bad day at running. overslept so that put me in a bad mood and then only managed to do half of what i wanted to due to stiff shins/lower legs. looks like i need a couple of days extra rest.heart rate was steady but blowing quite hard and felt crap TBH. GSulphate turned up today so started that.scrub this week i think as i dont want to pick up an injury so couple o days cross training for me :( .
