At the Gym

Missy's workout for me today seemed a lot less rigorous than what I've been used to, especially with a 1/2 marathon in less than 2 weeks. I did 12 at 5.5, then did six interval sets of 5.5 for one minute, then 6.5 for one minute. Total time was 25 minutes, and distance was around 2.5 miles -- which is just a guess since the treadmill crapped out on me and turned itself off with one set to go. (Another downfall of the gym!)
I also did 15 minutes on the recumbent bike, which I just didn't enjoy. I guess it worked different muscles than usual and felt pretty awkward.
Good workout overall... might should have pushed a bit harder though.
