Not enough time in the day

I know I have said it about 20 times now, but it gets DARK at 5:45!!! So... you might want to sit down for this... I have changed my daily work schedule from 8-5 to 7-4. Yes, you read correctly. This anti-morning person who loves to sleep until noon is getting up an hour earlier 5 days a week to better train for this marathon. I'll now be at home and headed out to run at 4:15 rather than 5:15. The sacrafices we make!
Yesterday, my neighbor and I did 3 miles but kept a very good pace. Probably 6.5 mph rather than our ususl 5.5. Felt great. I think the cold is finally out of my system.
Will shoot for a 5-mile run today and some yoga or stretching.
