running while crying is not easy!
As I discovered today! It's been a strange 24 hours with lots of mixed emotions. My middle child was seemingly very ill yesterday and got rushed to hospital in an ambulance. Turns out he was acting and looking for attention. He is only 7 so I am not sure he fully understands the depth of his naughtiness, but I have been left feeling relieved (obviously) angry, upset and guilty. And very sad for him as he hasn't done himself any favours at all. Motherhood throws some wierd things at you....
I hope I don't relive it all again tomorrow on my long run. Today was only three miles, but breathing proved difficult with a sad lump in my throat!

Suziewee 'Oh poor you, I really feel for you I really do. I suspect he didn't realise quite how seriously it would be taken and once it got out of control he didn't know how to say it wasnt true. It is really upsetting for you. I would just talk to him and find out why he felt the need to do it. He might just have seen something on TV or something, it isnt a bad reflection on you. Children do wierd things sometimes. Motherhood can be really tough sometimes. I hope your long run tomorrow goes well.' added 9th Feb 2010
