hey fellow runners!

anyone doing the Berlin marathon??

i was invited to do this about 2 weeks ago, by my previous charity WELLCHILD when i did the London 09.

and me being me! accepted the offer!

im just after peoples advice and thoughts on running Marathons so close together, and how i should continue my training?

the London was my first ever marathon i did it in 4hrs 56mins 24secs! i was really happy with that time.

i just dont know how i should train for the Berlin in september, do i start from scratch again???

any advice gratefully received!!
