Thursday 21st and the fog is down in the Derbyshire Dales and its just not nice out there but I have done another 45 minutes. Had to have on the gloves and hat. What sort of hats does everyone wear?
I usually wear a cap but they blow off now the winds are here and wooly types are too hot? Any suggestions gratefully recieved.
Finishing work at lunch tomorrow and shopping for new running gear to keep me going through the winter months.
Keep on running and never give up.

Lori 'Hi Mark, I just got a Thermalite hat today from Ebay, unfortunately it came in the post after I'd got back from my run but they're supposed to be good, it had a price tag of £15 on it ! Needless to say I didn't pay that price for it, will be trying it out tomorrow.' added 21st Dec 2006
