Greetings fellow Bloggers!
I'm in!! After several hours of the painfully slow on line registration, i gave it one last try at 11pm last night, and hey ho, it worked and i am registered!
The buzz from last years race was just too much to miss out on again and it a great chance to raise money for a local cause this time out. I am running the race for my local church who need to raise upwards of £50,000 to repair the church spire. I am hoping to raise a targer of £600.
I have carried on my training and regularly run in the evenings as well as go to the gym, bit of a fitness fanatic and cant beat the running, althought sometimes i do wonder if i am mad running in the rain. If there are any fellow entrants in the Macc area who fancy joining forces for some training, then it would be good to hear from you. Some moral support along the way for training is a good benefit.
