Tennis and a 7 mile run
Jul0220116:33 p.m.
Well I am struggling with the new format here because I am not finding this blog page easily to do my posts! What am I doing wrong? I get to a page that has everyone who is commenting on the blogs appears but not the +add a new post bit just edit profile. HELP I posted a new one on Tuesday to celebrate the end of week 1 of training for the GNR but it never appeared.
I decided that I was going to be a multi tasker this afternoon. I wnated to watch the Tennis final and I needed to do a 7 mile run. Dilemma? Sorted by being really boring and doing the run on the treadmill so that I could watch the tennis at the same time. Trouble was 7 miles in 75 minutes was good for me but not enough for me to watch all of the tennis so ended up doing some walking as well to get to the end of the second set. Was pleased that I ran at a steady 9km per hour for the whole run and enjoyed a lovely steam afterwards.
Off to pick up a friend from Reading satation adn will enjoy a glass of wine as well. Tomorrow will be a nice reat day with Rafa for the afternoon and a pile of ironing! What a wonderful life I lead. Hope you all have good runs this weekend

Jenny1961 'Maxine- re this site. Clck on My Buzz on top right corner. Then on the left you have your mugshot with Edit Profile. Now under that somewhere you will see the word Blogs in red and then the title of your blog. Click on that and then your blog will appear with the option of Add new post! Once you get used to this site its pretty straight forward :). I love your multi-tasking and will do that this afternoon in men's final after my long run. Must tackle my ironing as well as daughter is home from uni soon and there sure will be Mount Iron appearing soon again! Enjoy your Sunday and this coming week!' added 3rd Jul 2011
