LSR on Easter Sunday / Training to date

Went for my LSR on Easter Sunday. While some folks were at home tucking into chocolate eggs, I was pounding away on the treadmill!
Well, how did it go? Managed 13miles in 140mins. Not as far as I wanted but had to head to the airport to get the missus' grandparents. Turned up stinking thou as no time for a shower!
The legs were a little heavy and one of the toes was a little sore, but all in all not a bad session. Was hoping for about 15miles mind...
Later on in the evening thou, started suffering some pain at the back of my knee, right at the joint/crease! Not sure what that is. Possibly related to tight hamstrings?? Any ideas?
Have a massage tomorrow so hopefully that'll ease it. Just hope its not too serious this close to the big day.
Training so far hasnt really gone to plan. The glutes have played up, so pretty much had to stop running for nearly two months!! The back has played its part too! Got on the bike and crosstrainer to keep up the fitness. Fitness wise i think I'm fine. Not sure I've got enough miles in the legs thou! Starting to panic a bit now - not long to go!!
In fairness, I'm not fussed in terms of time, just want to finish. Think with the injuries I've suffered, completion is the key

STUBLACK 'The pain is probably your legs letting you know thay have just ran 13 miles. I think a lot of people are at the have I done enough miles/panic 'cos it's getting closer stage of preparation. Enjor your last LSR, my taperig has started' added 5th Apr 2010
