Not the best day!!
Went for my LSR today.
Was hoping for a 2hr/2.30hr run today, but unfortunately due the toes only managed an hour!
Wanted to step up after the exploits last week, so feeling a bit down tonight
Ran with toe protectors on. Seemed to help in the short term. However, the pain I get is on the top of my toes; ie the toe nails! Think I might just have to strap the toes right up
So, plan B this week. Gonna do some cross training this week. Give the toes a bit more time to recover. Hopefully by next Sunday, they'll be sorted
