Motivational issues.......

I'm still running but not really with the dedication and focus of marathon training! Serious motivational issues at the moment! I seem to be doing more cycling than running at the moment I LOVE MY BIKE!!!!.... however it's 12 weeks today to the half marathon and if I want to maintain previous performance then I need to put the miles in...... in an attempt to get my running mojo back I am running to work tomorrow! NO excuses..... if I can get 5 miles out of the way before breakfast on a Monday then that's surely a good start to the week???? I must however not use the morning run as an excuse to gorge on biscuits all day!!!!! I've noticed that my marathon miles have decreased but my marathon appetite appears to be here to stay...... I'm starting to pinch an inch!!!
Tomorrow is another day...... one that will start with a banana, a ruck sack and a 5 mile run to work!!!
Hopefully this is the kick start I need...... wish me luck! :-)
