well hello all,
this is a bit depressing this blog!! here goes, well i have to defer my place for this years vlm as the doctor says i have 2 slipped discs in my neck, and i still have to go for an mri on my lumber region yet!!! im very angry with the situation as i feel good when i run but mrs 2shoes is saying no!! last week i ran the stafford half in a pb time of 1hr 46mins, very happy with that though. so good luck to all and hope you all do well in your marathon's. look forwards to reading the race reports soon...
