About Getting Back to Basics
Right, I have decided that it is time for anew blog, the old one has been running for some time. After having the flu and a DNF at my favourite Marathon. It is time to get back to basics and build a sensible base. As I train beginners, I am going to use a short 6 week programme aimed at beginners to get back to some sort of fitness. This means running 3 times a week, with some walk breaks until I am comfortable running 30mins at one go again, and then from there, increasing speed an mileage. Not sure how this last bit will work but I have time to work it out
Oh yes, also decided to change the colour
