This was a productive week of training. Right now my legs are tired!
Monday 3.8.10: 6 miles AM easy, 6 miles PM
Tuesday 3.9.10 10 miles AM, with 6 x 600m at 5:20 pace, 90s rest; 5 miles PM
Wednesday 3.10.10 5 miles AM easy, 15 miles PM, progressive from easy pace to just slower than marathon goal pace (6:05 per mile)
Thursday 3.11.10: 5 miles AM easy, 8 miles PM easy
Friday 3.12.10: 5 miles AM progressive, 10 miles PM around 6:45 pace
Saturday 3.13.10: 7 miles AM easy, 5 miles PM easy
Sunday 3.14.10: 15 niles, with 3 miles at tempo (~5:45)
Week total: 102 miles
