Evening all,
Just got back from a nice steady 3 miles. I'm really enjoying taking it easy, no Garmin , a sly look at the clock before i go out but basically just following my nose and trying to avoid groups of undesirable yoofs
anyway, out with the ipod on ... Kanye West .... when i realise that my singing is including a lot of effing and jeffing out loud. not the behaviour one would expect from a lady of a certain age!! Good fun though - and motivaional .... " That that dont kill ya .. can only make you stronger" I like that saying!
Anyway. Second expletive was loud " S**T" as 2 quad bikes emeged on the path and nearly ran me over. Idiots ... and i let them know. .... then i realised that if they chased me they would probs win .... so i retreated rapidly! Tutting loudly .... that showed them
