Feeling Good - lots of thank yous!

Had a much better week - 8 miles on Wednesday in 81 minutes - must have been my call to Andy at the gym! He wasnt there (not back after the Malta marathon) but just leaving a message that I was having a crisis of confidence must have done the trick!
Had a personal training session in the gym with Andy on friday - it was great!
I'm just not confident in the gym and am so worried about causing myself injury and not getting to that starting line in April it seems that I'm not increasing my weights enough - that's all rectified now! THANK YOU ANDY!
Did 13.1 miles in 2 hours 44 today!!! Used the GPS which was fab - THANK YOU ALI (I can even time my miles now!) We intended to run north for 6.5 then turn around and come back but due to the wind direction (behind us) we just carried on north - THANK YOU SUE MY MARATHON MENTOR for those pearls of wisdom! We needed a lift back to our starting point (both cars there) so popped into Sue's Mum for loo stop and check she could give us a lift, she did! THANK YOU SUE'S MUM!
Finally THANK YOU MARK AND CRAIG for a fab mother's day roast!! Little does my hubby know that Sunday luch is now his job!!! Well I guess until the cricket season begins!
I intend to enjoy this week before next Sunday's VERY SCARY 19.5 mile church to church which has a vertical start - aaaah not again!
