How time flies

...cannot believe that it is almost 2 weeks since I last posted a blog.
Running going Ok. Managing 3 to 4 runs a week with one fast, one steady and one longish run. Planning a 12 miler tomorrow morning in preparaton for Fred Hughes 10M race on 22 Jan. Nothing planned after that as then need to focus on swimming.
Not managed any swimming but will try to go out tomorrow afternoon/evening as need to get back in the pool before I start my "lessons" on 24 Jan.
Latest debate for me is how to speed up the repair of muscle damage. Managed to damage by bicep sawing a piece of wood off for our puppy to chew in the house (instead of our furniure) but bicep very painful. Seems to be on the mend but now 7+ weeks since the damage. Colleague recommended protein whey from Holland and B. Mighr give it a go as need to get sorted before swimming sessions.
