5 mile test run

Apr1420129:20 a.m.

Saturday morning up n ready to run . John arrived at 8am , we had agreed to do a steady 5 mile run just to test my calf . I had decided that we would do a new run so that we would'nt be watch watching . It worked .We did a steady hilly run in 44 mins . Now I have just to  wait n see if my calf tightens up . At the mo it feels ok . If alls well in the morning we're off for a 10 mile run then it's just short little runs all next week , till Sunday that is .

In the next few days I'm going to write what I hope might be of interest or usefull to some marathon newbies , the things that I've learnt from my previous London Marathons , hopefully thist might help also putting a few minds at ease . I hope .
