Last night was my first outdoor run since completing the New York Marathon last november. I managed a 30minute non stop run on multi terrain. It felt hard work during the run and I was completely shattered once I finished, but I feel pleased to have started my training for Chicago. I am determined to complete a sub 5 hour marathon. I have completed 3 now, New York being my best time in 5 hours 25mins. So need to knock off 1 minute per mile..... lets see what happens Vx
