A New Year and ...
hopefully some new goals achieved. Happy New Year to everyone. I'm pleased to say that my foot seems to be okay now. Resting it for a week obviously did it some good. I went out running a few times over Christmas and it seemed to be okay. I made sure though that I had a rest day inbetween running rather than running on consecutive days. Santa also brought me some new running trainers for Christmas so maybe that helped too. Still can't decide whether to sign up for my first marathon this year or not. I've got a half marathon in February so I might wait till after that and then decide. The one I was thinking of doing isn't till October anyway so hopefully I'll still have time to sign up next month.
