plodding on
well im still going at the three mile runs short and regular just dont seem to be able to up the distance i have tried to get motivated but its so not happening with the gnr looming ever closer i am beginning to wonder if i will make it round on sept 20th.. gonna try and go back to the gym if i can fit it in to try and build up some stamina ..
work is hectic as ever with the dreaded swine flu having hit the ward.. staff and patients are suffering so i also need to try to stear clear of that
school holidays are bringing the usual mum i am bored cries from my daughter and both of them are suffering holiday syndrome and wont get out of bed before lunch time..
for those of you who are running keep it up for those who are injured get well soon and for those who should be doing more yep i know how you feel me too .....

Way_Too_Slow 'Unfortunately the only way to increase either your speed or distance is to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Like TISM says, just try to increase your runs by about 30s or a minute each time and it will soon add up. Don't give up on the GNR just yet!' added 30th Jul 2009
