THIS CHALLENGE IS ALL ABOUT LOSING 25 LBS STARTING JANUARY 11TH 2008 AT JOHNATHANS GYM. IM CURRENTLY DOING OPRAHS BOOTCAMP EXERCISES WITH CONTRACT (SEE OPRAHS BOOTCAMP FOR CONTRACT) BY CUTING OFF EATING TIME BY 9 OR 9:30PM DOING 6 AEROBIC EXERCISES A WEEK, 6 STRENGTH A WEEK AND 2 STRENGTH AND CARDIO A WEEK .
TO FURTHER AIDE ME IN MY WEIGHTLOSS EFFORTS I WILL CHANGE WWATCHER PLAN FROM FLEX TO CORE PLAN STARTING JANUARY 10TH 2008.
THIS SET OF RACING CHALLENGES IS THE FINAL PART OF MY PLAN TO LOSE -25 OR TO BE 135LBS BY MAY 9TH 2008. i DECIDED TO ADD A CHALLENGE TO SHOOT FOR WOULD ICREASE MY WALKING STEPS AND GIVE ME MILESTONES TO STOP AND ACCESS MY PROGRESS AT AND OF CORSE A TRIP TO LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY WOULD BE LOTS OF FUN!!!!!tHE COURSE I THINK HAS SOME HILLS WHICH I WILL HAVE TO TRAIN ACCORDIN GLY FOR THEM.
