I just can't believe how long it has been since I last wrote on here!

I hope everyone has a great Xmas. I had a great one, I had my mum and step dad come for Christmas this year and it was great. It was very relaxed.

Re: running, I did my first run, since September, on Sunday I wanted to run 6 miles because I have the New Years day 10k but I felt like my chest and back was been pressed in. It was really hard to breathe. I cut it short and finished on 2miles.

I put it to either getting my mum's cold or I've just lost my fitness. I decided to go for a run yesterday and and manged 5.44miles. It was so slow though, I could go any faster even if I wanted to. I decided not to do the 10k on Friday and concentrate on training.

in two weeks I have put on 4lbs and I feel every lb of it! I'm now half a stone away from my normal weight again!!.

Anyway, that's enough of my moaning!! I wishing everyone a,

    HAPPY NEW YEAR. XX.

    • Keith_L 'Seems like a wise decision not to race the 10km on New Years day although if you ran 5.6 miles you coudl always jog it ? Good luck with getting back into training Happy New Year and Good Luck with all your goals both running and "normal"' added 30th Dec 2009
