Progress?

I think progress has been made. My weight is down to 185lbs, a drop of 9lbs from my 'wobbling' peak a couple of weeks back. Went for a 5km run today, which didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, which was a relief. I'm going to have to look at stomach exercises next as not all the weight went form the most important area. Still time to hit the target weigh and make the suit fit for the wedding we're going to in August...here's hoping.
