ok it's getting better. It certainly ain't no Benidorm but there are a few more people around so fingers crossed there will be a few nights out coming. I've found a couple of bars in the village that kick off now and again and a couple of local lads who like a laugh so it is improving although I'm still not sure if I can spend 4 months here. I'm already planning heavily for the NZ leg of my trip and might end up there sooner than planned!
Work is actually ok. Lagos is a decent town and I'm starting to go out there a bit. One of the waitresses is from Sweden and she is worth getting to know a bit better. Doesn't look like there will be any cricket here but in Luz there is a 5 a side football league which I'm going to get into. And I might do some running, god help me!
