Anyone who is taking part in the Mongolian Trophy Adventure Race on 26 August, good luck to you! I can't believe it lasts for SIX days...

Oh dear, that's a long long time. How far do they run?
I'm not sure to be honesst with you. I was wondering that but I looked it up and it said "distance: 6 days". That must be a long distance! I wonder if they stop for breaks/sleeps!?

Six days of running?? I hope they have breaks, that would be torture!

Apparantly over the six days you get involved in camel racing and glacier trekking too - sounds hardcore!

That is certainly a varied 6 days
That sounds interesting.
I'm still dying to know if they get to sleep during the 6 days...

Wow that's more activity in the space of 6 days than I will probably have in about 6 months!

That sounds quite intense! Bet you would have to train for ages to get ready for it!

Haha that sounds well cool, although surely you would have to sleep otherwise that's just silly.

This sounds awesome!! Love the idea of a Camel ride followed by glaciers ... maybe they sleep whilst on the camel?? :)
Ooh that's an interesting theory! I'm not sure they'd get a good quality of sleep while on the back of a bumpy camel;, but I suppose you wouldn't care after running that far!

I don't think I'd get much sleep on a camel; I'm clumsy at the best of times so I would definitely fall off!

And they are rather smelly ... bumpy, smelly animal... not the best place to cop a nap!!!!
Haha are they smelly? Well, all in all, no doesn't sound an ideal place to get some sleep!

A camel ride after a race sounds a bit hellish. Your poor sore body getting bumped around like that - ouch!
ouch indeed! I'd rather not

What do you think the worst animal is to ride in terms of comfort?
My brother went on an Elephent trek recently and opted to sit on the elephant's shoulders - he said it was a massive mistake - really painful and spent the trek just trying to stay on!
