Is there medical help available on the course?

If I find I'm stuttering at any point of the Big D race, will there be any medical help available to keep me going?

I've heard there will definitely be medic bike teams roving the course to aid any medical needs. All police will have the ability to radio for ambulance assistance if needed too...
