Hydration Fluid

Hello,

I read on the BSHM website that Gatorade will be offered on the course. Does anyone know if it will be Gatorade Endurance or the standard Gatorade? Do you know what they have used in the past?

If I may answer the question that I asked a couple of days ago... According to the Gatorade website www.itsonthecourse.com Gatorade Endurance Formula will be served.

I hate to sound totally knowledgeable, but what is the advantage of Gatorade over other sports drinks?

I use Endurox R4, which is said to speed muscle recovery, increasing muscle glycogen 128% more than Gatorade.
