No Shirts!

This was my first marathon and when I reached the shirt booth the shirts were all gone. I wrote my name and address and the staff said they would mail me a shirt. 1 month after the marathon I emailed the Big Sur Marathon and received no response. it is now 2 months post marathon and I still haven't heard anything. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow though. Anyone else without a shirt?
