Packet Pick Up

If someone wants me to pick up a packet for them, do I need their actual photo I.D. or can I bring a copy of their photo I.D.?

I've picked up packets for others in the past. It depends - couple of times, I've had their license ready and didn't need it. Others, they have asked to see it. I think it depends on which volunteer "waits" on you. I always have it just incase.
