Race Day Details

First time running the Boilermaker since 84 (I lost to Bill Rodgers that year)

Need some info on

Should I expect to get any registration info before the race day?
What time should you arrive?
Where do you park?
How do you get back to your car?
Is there any way to send a change of clothes to the finish area?

So many questions so little knowledge

I have a couple of answers for you -

No, you will not get anything in the mail after you register. Go to the Health & Fitness Expo on Friday to get your packet. Make sure to get your goody bag which includes pint glass - usually way over in a corner by itself.

We always get there 45 min - 1 hour befor the race starts. It guarantees you a lot of parking and time to get to the potty, etc...

To get back to your car, there are shuttle buses that run for quite a while after the race. - maybe 1 pm.

Most important - enjoy it. Friends and I did our first three years ago. Husband now into running little bit. We're dropping back to 5K this year to be with him. I can't wait to be with him when he experiences it for the first time.
