One of the best you will run.
Starting at UBC, the course goes through Pacific Spirit Park, where you have 3 lanes each way to get your run sorted out over the first 7km. Two water stations and two bands now past. Grab some water at 8.5k, before heading into the DOWNHILL.
It's a 100m drop over 2km, taking you through the University Endowment Lands, down to Spanish Banks. Now as you run along Jericho Beach, enjoy another band you are halfway there.
There is a slight up hill as you come out of Jericho onto West 4th Ave. On 4th grab a gel, then turn back towards the water as you head to Kitsilano Beach. Over the scenic Burrard Bridge, turn left onto Pacific and follow the road to a strong finish in Stanley Park.
It's fast, downhill, lots of road. Then at the finish, bands, food and your finisher medal. You've done it!

This is not a running question but a forum question.
What is the difference between this forum and the Scotiabank one? I'm running the half marathon there and have posted in the forum by that name.
Is this where I need to be posting?
This forum is related to the Vacouver event on June 22nd.
Are you running it - or the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on September 28th? The queries and forum for the Toronto event are in the other forum.

Oops! I'm running in the Toronto one. *Embarrassed blush*
I guess I should learn to look closer. Thanks for the clarification.
I made the same mistake, Rhonda. Don't feel stupid.
