Neuroma treatment

I am kicking off my training for the 2009 Pig and have developed a neuroma in my right forefoot.  Does anyone have any experience with alcohol injections or cryo surgery for the treatment of Morton's neuroma?

Hi.  I was recently diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma and am interested in cryotherapy/cryosurgery.  Did you find anyone who does that in the Cincinnati area?  What did you do about yours and are you running again?  Thanks for any advice.
