Injury -- Free clinic after the race

The day after the race, I woke up with a knee injury I hadn't noticed before! What horror!

Fortunately, I remember having heard that Covenant was holding free clinics for people who had run the race.

Well, I hobbled over to Oak Ridge (thank God for Google Maps!) and sure enough, they were holding free walk-in appointments.

My knee will be fine, but I cannot express how relieved I was to find that out. And for free, at that!

What a great amenity! I will be running this one again.
